Here are the specs that i need to overcome.

I have 2 sites one is for marketing and is available to the public. the second will require a $50 membership fee that will grant access to informational pages about receiving benefits for our Vietnam veterans.

I have purchased the PayPal forms add-on and it looks to be able to provide the payments option i need. the second part of this though I'm not sure how to accomplish.

I need the information entered in the form to be stored somewhere for review so that we can validate the users eligibility to receive benefits based on what ship and what year they were stationed. this information has been provided to us by the VA.

My question is this. How do i use the enrollment form to create a user account and grant access to the subscription content. After that is accomplished i need to be able to set up a reoccurring payment solution.
