Mobile Ordering Site

Hi Guys,

I would like a site created to give the end user the ability to order coffee/small food items (muffins) on the go. I think my ideal can best be explained in this scenario.

Jo is sitting on the train and running a little late, but would still like to grab his morning coffee. Jo uses his mobile device to look up my website. Once Jo reaches my website he will be able to search via postcode (is it possible to automate this?) for his closes coffee shop.
After selecting the closes shop Jo can place an order for his espresso and blueberry muffin. 5-10 minutes later when Jo arrives at the coffee shop they have his order ready to go. Fast, simple everyone is happy :)

The coffee shop would receive Jo's order via Google's cloud print service.http://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/...
The order will automatically print out on the cloud print at the correct coffee shop.

A few other thing that I would like to include.

-I would also like the ability to create a brochure page for each coffee shop as an optional extra.

-making the customers register for an a free account.

-using Paypal as a preferred payment method.

-website usable to the majority of mobile devices.

-SMS notification would be a nice feature but not necessary.

-separation of customers accounts and coffee shop owners in the back end

Down the track I would like to include QR codes on the invoice that print at the coffee shops. So we could use that as a loyalty program
similar to these guyshttp://www.ecoffeecard.com.au/

A good example of online food online is

it appears they outsource the ordering to
