Modification to Forums, Automatic Email after Acceptance

Hello,
I am looking for a developer who can alter the forum add-on to have user's actual names displayed instead of there user names.
Also, if it is possible to disable user names completely and replaced with actual names that would also be desired.
Finally, I am looking for someone to develop code that allows for a user to be emailed automatically when their registration has been accepted.
