Moving a Concrete site to new host

For some specific reasons, (he had a lot of personal problems with the old company billing him wrong, and also their servers crashed multiple times during a big week for him, as well as they had some security breaches that allowed a hacker to take over his site at one point, despite it being a "preferred" C5 host) my client has chosen to move his site from Dreamhost to GoDaddy. Basically there is not option about this, he has made up his mind and already paid for GoDaddy hosting.

I personally have several clients' sites using C5 on GoDaddy (but I built it on them, didn't move to them) - I KNOW it can work just fine. But I am having a problem moving the database and such, simply because I don't know what I am doing with that part (I'm a graphic person than a programer). I'm pretty sure it would be a very simple task that a skilled person could do very quickly, and that is why I am asking for some help.

I got the site all moved and concrete would "load" but give me an error that it couldn't read my database even though I had transfered it. (This was almost two months ago and I have been so backed up that I had to give up, so there is now more things that we have added to the original site during this time that would now have to be moved.)

If you are willing to spend a few minutes to an hourish assisting me in moving this site, please respond to me and tell me how much you charge. Money is unfortunately an issue, so unless I'm wrong about this being an easy job I can't imagine it would take too long/cost too much. I'm also fine with doing some of the backup work, etc. if someone can help me figure out where I've gone wrong with my database. (I'm posted questions in the forum, but haven't been able to pin down an answer without someone actually looking at it I don't think.)

Thanks,
Kari
