Moving a database from old CMS to C5

Guys,
I have a customer who has an old site with an old CMS with an archive of 800 - 1000 pages. Each page has between 5 - 10 text articles on it stored as HTML text. There are no images.
The pages are stored in a hierarchy of Archive, five sub pages then each of these with sub pages etc. The database is MySQL. Don't know the CMS.
I need this transferred to the new site with the 800+ pages created automatically and the text transferred to the right pages too hopefully with the formatting intact.
Can anybody do this please and could I have a quote and estimated timeframe for the job.
