Need A C5 Dev For A Home Page Large Custom Block

Hi All,
I've built a C5 site from a static site I designed and need to set-up the home page to dynamically bring in my various content using tags and attributes etc. If it's possible, I would like the entire home page "Main" area to be just one custom block coded code in the various HTML sections to draw in the appropriate data.
Also, I need to have my 2 page types (article and blog) set-up to send the updated data to the home page.
One more thing. If you look at the source, the area I need done is ONLY the .main-content-two DIV.
The site is athttp://policyzoo.com and it is password protected at the root level.
