Need a C5 developer expert for weekly site updates

Hello -
I'm looking for a Concrete 5 developer who can be available weekly for updates to our network of websites. Availability via phone is a huge plus. We would have anywhere from 10 to 20 hours of work per week of updates and small projects to do for our sites.
Must be US based and not only communicate via email.
