need a developer to internalize my shopping cart into my site & integrate promo code functionality

i currently have a basic concrete 5 website (www.guavakids.com) with a shopping cart that takes payment information on paypal.com. i would like to integrate the whole payment transaction within my pages and switch to authorize.net (which i believe i already have a plugin for).
secondly, i'd like to enable the discount functionality that allows me to create promo codes.

Yes, we're still taking proposals for this project but we'll need the proposals in this week. Basically here are the priorities that we have:
1. Switch our current payment transaction option (paypal) to authorize.net
2. Enable the ability to accept promo codes in our website (currently with my ecommerce package, I can already create them. I just need the page that has a field to accept the promo code I created)
3. Integrate the payment transaction part of the experience with my website, guavakids.com. Currently, the user has to leave guavakids.com and finish the payment at paypal.com. We’d like to integrate that.
In terms of timing, we’re hoping to have #1 & #2 done within the next month. #3 can wait if bandwidth is too tight. Would you be able to get back to me with a proposal/quote for time & cost for something like this by no later than Thursday? And if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call me at 503 267 7608 or email me here.
