We have a look and feel we mostly like:http://newsite.tlcrehab.org, but we need the theme designed as a true theme in Concrete.

E.g., we hired someone to do this and they made the look and feel you see as a theme, but many elements on the page are not editable and several are basically just editable as HTML objects.

We are looking for a theme - much like ones you would buy in the store that make it easy to update and maintain.
