Need C5 Developer for a few fixes on existing website

I currently have a website which is already online. I have a few general small fixes I need done and may need assistance once a month or so for regular maintenance.
Just to give you and idea what needs to be done:
1. I have a contact form that needs some fixes - phone number is a requirement, and I have a captcha there now, but I need something simpler, even 1+1= ? will do.
2. I have a few internal pages that are displaying all the blocks as they should in the homepage.
I have a few more tasks but they are all quite simple fixes for someone who is experienced in C5.
