Need PHP Developer for transferring Customer Registration to Shopping Cart from Advanced Survey

We need to re-use the registration input from a survey (Advanced Survey add-on by C5Extras.com) to give access to the shopping cart (Concrete5 Core eCommerce Add-on).
We have the "require registration" enabled on the eCommerce add-on options, but we want the registration data to be brought forward from a survey form, so that we don't have to require the customer to enter the same information again.
This may require a custom PHP script. We will pay a PHP developer for a working solution and the documentation for the form validation process.
