Need help finishing few tasks on new site

We have a basic site up and running (www.mansfieldparke.com) which needs a few tasks completed (see below). The original contractor is no longer able to help us.
- Fix the problem in which the URL displays as the IP address in the user's browser.
- Consult on best way to add forms and Google maps.
- Consult with us on potential redesign work on the site in general.

To start you off:
With the URL try editing you config file and change the config URL from the IP the your domain name
Forms and Google maps can be be added from admin
Also happy to look at what ever design you like
