I hired a small IT company with a freelance designer contracted to update their corporate website to also develop a website for my small business.
I hired them because they are a Japanese company and I wanted to make sure the Japanese content was proper and professional even though I knew there were not a proper web developing company.

Anyway, long-story short, they are incapable of any custom work I have requested to improve beyond some of the standard features. These are simple things, too, like using the simple check box captcha instead of the normal captcha.

I contacted one developer who seems to really promote concrete5 on the Internet, but for whatever reason has decided to blow me off, so here I am.
