Hi,

I updated our website from version 5.5.2.1 to 5.6.3.1. I can no longer access the site at all; can't get to the dashboard as an admin, can't log in.

I did backup my site prior to the update, but don't know how to restore the site as I cannot get into the site.

I need an estimate as to how much it would be to get my site back up and running, preferably with the latest version of Concrete5. My old version was taking way too much time to make any edits, with the timer just spinning and spinning for sometimes 10 minutes.

It isn't a server problem, apparently, as I've just spoken with them and there is plenty of space on the server for our site.

Please let me know if you can help, and how much you bill out at.
