Need help to get site back Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0

I'm a volunteer for a small church with a small C5 site I put together a couple years ago.. it was hacked (notified by Dreamhost) I tried to fit it, had someone in the forum help me get it going again and then in getting everything (theme, addons etc.) updated it is broken again and I am quite frankly clueless...http://www.faribaultefc.org and the error as you can see is Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0

Looking for a quote on getting the site back up if we can. Thanks

I'm glad to see you got the site working again.

Core Team - can we please, please pretty please get the FUNKY URL links working in the forums? This has been a problem for quite some time.

In case you haven't tried clicking on the link here's where it tries to go, which of course 404's on the concrete5.org site (bet spiders try to follow it too):

It would be much more helpful to not have to put multiple spaces in front (and sometimes behind) a URL, since many people (especially asking for help) don't even know this happens. So here's the working link (space space)

http://www.faribaultefc.org/ (space space)

@Ken, it would be helpful if you told us how it was fixed, and added [SOLVED] to the title...

I fixed it. Turns out that Dreamhost installs an old version of Concrete5 out of their one click install (5.5.0)

Version 5.5. -- After managing to get into the dashboard, the News over lay prevented me from getting to it. Had to write some config stuff to disable that following instructions found here.

From there I was able to get a back up, and then went to work rolling back the update. Turns out.... there was more than one issue.

The installed theme controller was calling to a block that no longer existed in the most recent update. I had to release the licensing from within the project, then manually pull down each version until I hit the one with that particular block in it. Loaded that and shazam... houston we have a website.

Before updating that theme, Ken will have to uninstall the existing, and then install the newest one manually. Right now the site is back up and running. Not sure what DH will do to it with the next update. I advised to backup, download it, then update manually and forego their oneclick. If it throws an error, run the tool at
