Need helping updated non-profit website

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can help update a site that is having an issue.
The webmaster recently resigned. we need someone to help. I am not familiar with concrete5 (im more familiar with wordpress) :-( so i'm no help to the organization.
The biggest problem seems to be regarding the Membership Application form.
The form itself is ok It is supposed to communicate with Pay Pal and deposit funds into the organization's bank account (which I believe it is doing). It is supposed to communicate with Financial Sec. which it is NOT doing. They think It is supposed to notify the treasurer of a deposit.
Right at this moment the organization needs someone who can help with this form and the integration with Paypal.
Because of the situation with finding a webmaster there will probably be a lot more work to come in the future. so we are hoping to build a longterm relationship with someone. :-)
