We need immediate help with a rather complex site that requires proven expertise in the following:

> Concrete5 (version 5.5.1+ mandatory) including:
- custom attributes (user, page, and block)
- custom blocks
- custom permissions

We have the basic design completed in HTML/CSS, but need someone to turn it into a theme, write some pretty extensive customizations (including hard-coding custom blocks into page types), and make simple adjustments to some add-ons to better fit our needs.

We're looking for someone with *significant* experience. No time for on the job training on this one. (Ideally, you will be one of the C5 "Community Leaders" or equivalent.)

Offering your choice of cash payment (we prefer to pay by the job vs. hourly) or equity shares. Project should require 2-3 weeks and we're already behind, so we would like to find someone who can start work on Tuesday 4/17 and dedicate the full-time hours needed until completion. Requires NDA before project specifics are shared.
