Seeking developer for website modification, optimization, consultation

Hello,
i am the creative director for a small multimedia studio, and i'm presently launching a new website to feature our work and more specifically our recent focus on unique creative collaborations with indigenous communities that serve to preserve the native traditions as well as provide a fundraiser for the benefit of these communities.
here is some of our past work
https://d2pq0u4uni88oo.cloudfront.net/projects/179606/video-109883-h...
while i've built several successful c5 websites, this build is tapping into PHP a bit more in depth than i'm used to.
my website is a fresh, clean c5 install, and viewable at
http://www.rootstructure.org/morning-embers/...
the site is making use of the bootstrap theme for a responsive layout, and will use multiple domains (4 domains) with separate looks and branding.
the core of the site is based around presenting work from within the site, and a blog section which hosts other work.
i am using dojo's filter, using isotope.js + masonry.js to create a visual and dynamic presentation of the various categories, color coded and sized.
what i would like is for the page list block to load smoothly, with infinite scroll ( so it loads minimally) .. when clicked, the page list would load into a responsive pop up, with prev/next navigation, and for the top navigation to load different page list blocks via AJAX.
one website that exemplifies this look is
http://www.triangularisdesign.com
except this one would be built in concrete and much more flexible!
as you can see on my home page, i've got the basics working, but it feels slow, and usually the jquery breaks after a few clicks.
besides this feature, there might be a few small modifications we could use, so i hope that i can meet a developer that is interested in our work and looking to build a working relationship as our company grows!
i would really appreciate the help from someone that could see this through, because i'm also in the process of finishing our first collaborative album with a native american singer and would really love to focus on this rather than this website project...
thanks for your consideration,
Adrien
