Need urgent link fixed

Hi all, I have been working on a new product launch for a client and they haven't yet approved the section, but they have radio spots launching today with a link that's in test mode and currently takes them to the login page.
I need to create a link so that if people go to it, they will go to a different page that's already live on the site temporarily, without losing the dev stuff that's in the back end. I think this is easy but can't quite wrap my head around it?

You could try doing a htaccess redirect?
