Needed: Concrete5 customization and maintenance for journal

The online academic journal that I edit is in need of a Concrete5 specialist who can help us to continue to develop our journal, add customization features, streamline our infrastructure, fix bugs, and work on phone/tablet optimization. We envision about 20-30 hours of work.

We are especially interested in developers in the New York City region.
