new theme

Hi,

i linked my page to conrete5 and purchased a new theme. There was an error uploading the theme to my website and it said to manually download the file. However clicking the download link did not bring me to download the file, only to purchase it again. I have now bought it twice :(

please help... this is all new to me,

You can download the theme from My Account -> Transactions -> Licenses page. As you have purchased it twice mistakenly, you can request the theme developer for refund. Though it is up to him.
