Searching for an experienced RESPONSIVE theme designer to build a one-off 'fairly basic layout' theme that is COMPLETELY responsive (the design should scale and adjust to look perfect in any browser or device).

The theme will also comprise of CUSTOMIZABLE STYLES allowing the end user to specify exact colors and fonts for numerous elements within the layout (including background image).

The overall delivered theme should include the following features (but may be added to later)


- Multiple page layouts including but not limited to:
+ Full Width
+ Left Sidebar
+ Right Sidebar
+ Home Page
+ Landing Page (Squeeze Page) with form
- Drop down menu with sub navigation (responsive)
- Responsive top banner slideshow
- Image Gallery
- Social Media Bookmarks and Feeds
- "Sticky Footer" - So Footer is always at the very bottom of the screen, regardless of content (lack of content) above.
- Search Integration

The proposed theme is to be packaged and resold as a complete website (not in a marketplace).

The theme designer is responsible for ensuring that the design does not violate copyright laws or infringe on any other intellectual property.

The proposed theme becomes the property of Patrick Cassidy and cannot be resold, modified to be resold or given away under any circumstances. (So that basically means, I own the theme, you can't go and sell it in the marketplace afterwards).
