Do you get any error message upon login?
If not, can you reach the dashboard directly after login? http://www.alpeliebi.com/index.php/dashboard/...
I also see you have a server error here which might be the cause of your problem (or at least a pointer to where to start searching): http://www.alpeliebi.com/index.php/wunschlistae/...

Hi and thank you for your help

I do not get an error message. Nothing happens at all.

My host sent me the following message:
Thank you for your reply.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I have checked your issue. Session for your account is working fine. I have tested the session for your account and you can verify athttp://www.alpeliebi.com/testsession.php... . The issue seems to be with the coding. Hence, you need to debug the issue from your end or contact the webmaster and further fix the issue.

If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.

Sincerely,

Salton Kelly

But i still do not know where i could change something to bring it back running.
I just did the update but it did not work.

You should be able to log into you page viahttp://www.alpeliebi.com/index.php?cID=2.... If you forgot your password you can recover it there.

What shall I do? Start from the beginning?

This installation seems to be beyond repair. If I were you I'd start with a fresh install and verify it works. Then start adding you theme and see if anything breaks. MySQL-errors don't just happen in C5. There is something seriously wrong with your installation or your host.

I would try to manually upgrade before I "scrapped" the whole install.
See:
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/developers/manually-...

Use Method 2.

Hi, I'm having the same problem - at least it sounds a little like that. I upgraded the page step by step from a rather old c5-version a couple of weeks ago, having no problems doing so. Login worked afterwards, at least I remember logging in, editing the pages.

The page (frontend) is still working fine, but I cannot login. I can change my password, but still cannot login with the new passwort set.

Is there either a problem with sessions or maybe with exceeded quota? On another c5-page on the same webspace i get a quota warning. Does that prevent propper login?

How much webspace does a rather small c5-webpage need?

Thx a lot in advance,
Sven

Hi Sven,

From what version of concrete5 did upgrade from and to?

Can you be more specific about the quota warning you are talking about? A link to your site? The more information you can give the easier it is to help.

There aren't really any "webpages", the content is pulled from the database or file manager in most cases.
