Payment gateway block and subscriptions system

Hi guys
We're looking for a c5 developer to help build a block to connect the core commerce to Barclays smartpay (uk bank) payment gateway.
We also need a subscription system which will tie into smart pay. There is one on the marketplace but this only deals with PayPal. Ideally we'd like the subscriptions to work through commerce.
