i need to know what is the best software to run concrete5 on my own web server (personal computer with 15/100 internet) linux, apache, concrete5, etc? or is thier a person or company that would charge a small amount to do this?

one option is Wamp if your using windows you can send it online with a flick of a switch with this tool and if you use VHOST you can set up multiply websites fairly straight forward...
But like everything else you have to take everything else in to concideration. DNS, Domain Name, Name Server Tags, Propergation etc....
Or do you just want to setup a localhost for testing??
