php error

i get this error when adding tags to a post:
Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects at most 3 parameters, 4 given in /var/www/vhosts/tseoc2.co.uk/httpdocs/concrete/helpers/text.php on line 109
and cant click on add images to blog post as nothing happens on click.
am not sure what to do. should i reinstall? or will this just happen again. :O does any one know a fix please?

hi i have php 5.1 i cant upgrade as i have some old database websites on the server virtual box and cant risk them. do you know of any way i can get my hands on a old version of concrete5 that will work with out problems :)
i have concrete5.5.2.1 on the hosting now
i see i can download from here:

please could you help me decide which one to get. that wll be the best version to work with php 5.1 but still be compatible with add ons.

Unfortunately, I cannot see anything listing which is the last stable version to work with PHP5.1

Technically, 5.2.x is supposed to be supported, so this is a c5 bug, which you should report.
You should also upgrade.
