PHP + Jquery Expert to help resolve Script conflight in WIP theme

Hi, i'm in the middle of a project which i started along with the "long story short" theme developer, with a variation of his site.
the theme is simply his theme which we've added an off canvas menu like so:

on the off canvas i added a sidebar, with AJAx loading of the main page. this allows for multiple pages to be used (home page being the scroll site landing page, but having access to the rest of c5)
whenever i add the sidebar PHP area, the JS breaks on the page, killing the parallax and smooth scroll effects. also something happened in mobile that the JS resizing doesn't seem to take and the page isn't full stretch.
it's been great working with the developer, but unfortunately he's busy right now, and i really need to get this website live this week.
i'm looking for a seasoned developer that could spend a couple hours to help me get over this hurdle, i don't have a huge budget but could put out 250 US or so. please let me know if this is feasible in the next day or so! thank you
