I am attaching an image of what i have going on now. The plugin works for the normal text input fields, but I want to add a select box, that reads from a database, then when a node (car brand) option is selected the node parameter (car models) select list is populated via ajax. The other additional item would be to add a list of recipients from the concrete users list via Ajax. So have a Button that says Add Recipient to add additional users via Ajax.

Node is one table with with id and node names, similar to car brands, and Node Parameters is another table with an Id that ties back to Node table for parent and parameter name.
