Private Messages between the admin (doctor) and user (patient) only

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to develop / amend the Private Messaging function so a patient can securely communicate with doctor. The sensitive information will only be viewable by the logged in user.
Users that buy a health test through the site will be able to log onto their private profile area and see previous orders, or send/receive messages to/from the doctor.
