Pro Forms Addon - modifications

Hi there,
We're looking for a developer to assist us with extending ProForms to do the following:
1. Sagepay Integration: We need the payment method Sage Pay to be usable with the ProForms system (There's a payment addon in the market for it already for C5)
2. Payment choice: A customer visits the site, wishes to book an event, completes the form, confirms availability, they then need to be given the option (or a landing page) where they can choose if they wish to pay via PayPal or Sagepay. If it's an Admin user of the site there should be a third option for manual payment (where the system behaves in exactly the same way as if it were Paypal or Sagepay it just diverts to the confirmation page.)
3. Event Notification: When an order is made we need the notification to go to the customer and the admin with what they've purchased. So we need to know the event time, date, slot, quantities and total's along with the payment method used. We also need their Name, Address, E-mail, Telephone number too. In a similar style to the confirmation you get when you use C5's eCommerce.
4. Custom Views: We would like a custom calendar view when we add each calendar. What we'd like is The Thumbnail from the event, The name, the date and a 'find out more' button which when clicked goes through to the event. Also, if possible, we'd like to be able to style each based on which calendar their being pulled from, so if it's Santa, we could add some CSS property to our stylesheet to customise and make the background red, if its cookery, we could make the background orange, special events could be blue and so on.
The developers of Proforms are busy currently so unable to do this work as we've discussed it with them.
