Hey Community! I have a client who needs a more complex form build than the standard C5 Form Builder can handle. I need it set up so I can change out whoever is CC'ed on the email and it will copy to the Logs and Reports and will plug in using the Extended Forms. I have attached their form for your review. Please budget in an hours worth of changes.
