Quote for custom functionality

Hello,
I am looking for a quotation for some extra features /functionality not offered through the core c5 system or any add-ons currently available. Below I have listed the flow / specification of what we require. I need to provide the client with a cost asap so if you have any questions please PM me and I will get back to you straight away.
---Spec---
A number of videos are uploaded and stored.
Each video can have multiple choice questions assigned with it. (website managers need to be able to add more questions if desired) They also need to select which is the correct answer when they add them.
When a new user is added (by the site admin) they are inputted with a membership number > The admin then associates videos to this member (ones he has to watch).
When the user next logs in with their membership number to the front-end they are directed to their profile. Any videos that have been selected for this user are displayed. The user cannot select them but has to watch them all individually (a next button appears which directs the user to the first video).
They watch this (cannot skip it). on completion they answer the questions associated to that video. They cannot progress until they answer them all correctly. On completion of the questions for that video, an entry is stored in the deatabase marking the date they watched it and that it has been completed.
They can then advance to the next.
If they log out and return to their profile, they must be directed to the next video in the sequence.

Average number of videos is 5 and about 10 questions per video, however if the website admin wants to add more videos/questions they need to. They may also need to replace the videos if newer ones come out.
