CloudStream is a streaming music channel service specifically for business places that can be customized by the owner to his/her business environment.
The hardware sales of wireless speakers and custom receivers will work with the ecommerce plugin out of the box.
But the big job will be a custom admin area for subscribers within the website, allowing cc and account info to be updated, streaming service started or stopped by entering in payment and hardware id information.
vTunes is already setup for streaming and they have API that will let us start, stop or pause streaming service to any specific MAC address which are associated directly with the streaming receiver they had built themselves.

The budget is expected to be large enough to do this well, which isn't really a quick job. I'm assuming 100+ hours, but would love to dive into more specifics with someone whom feels they can tackle this kind of customization.
