We have an operational c5 site with eCommerce. Recently we began working with an SEO campaign team that had multiple suggestions to improve the site.

One of the suggestions was to redirect all non-www traffic to www. To cut straight to it, I've had two experienced c5 developers attempt to implement the permanent 301 redirect but each time it is done, the site breaks. When attempting to sign in the site gives a redirect loop error.

The theory is that the problem is tied in with https and the configuration of c5.

I would like to employ the services of a true expert in this field to look at the configuration of c5, along with anything else, that may be causing this unusual issue.
