Retail store in Philadelphia needs to hire freelancer for concrete5 web site help.

So, here's the thing. I have a website idea in my head, for my store, that I'm positive can be accomplished using concrete5. I'm actually reasonably proficient at HTML and at least have a working knowledge of CSS, and up until this point I've been very stubborn about insisting that I do all of the work on my store's website. The sad reality has hit me, however, that I don't have time to learn how to use concrete5 properly and my tech-knowledge just isn't what it used to be.
I've already bought most (if not all) of the add-ons I need and can pretty easily do all the graphic design necessary for the website. I can explain in detail how I want the site to work, and I don't even need anyone to add content. I figured out enough about concrete5 to update and maintain the site once it exists. All I need is someone to fix my concrete5 installation and then take my graphics, ideas, and pre-bought add-ons and turn them into a website for me.
I say I need concrete5 fixed because at one time it worked and I had been tinkering around with it (and actually making good headway), but I tried to update to 5.5 and somehow broke it. So, the first step needs to be to make it work. Beyond that, it should be a really simple matter of just translating my ideas and graphics to concrete.
To give a little more information:
We're a tabletop gaming shop that runs events every single night. I need a site with a mailing list, a blog, an online store, and a calendar that allows people to sign up for (and pay for) events through the site. A messageboard couldn't hurt either. That's it.
I already have ProEvents, ProEvents Booking, and eCommerce bought and paid for. I imagine the mailing list, blog, and messageboard should be cheap or free, but I'm willing to pay for whatever makes the site work the way I want.
Can you do these things for me? If possible I'd like to hire someone who lives close enough to Philadelphia that we could meet in person to discuss what I want, but that's definitely negotiable. Priority will be given to those who can get this done quickly on their end (even if things take a while on my end... like I said, I'm a busy guy). The website is basically just a Google calendar right now and that needs to change. I am now accepting bids and can be emailed at redcapscorner@gmail.com
Thanks!
