After a website developer to build a site for a small business in Concrete5 - using Bootstrap or SuperMint theme. Site will need to support two languages (English & Trad. Chinese). Have content covered, will need some assistance with graphics. Please send details and I can forward a comprehensive brief so you can provide accurate quotes.
