Simple Dashboard Amendment

Hi fellow programmers.
I need someone who is more experienced than me in C5. I need some changes to be done to the dashboard.
Links to be inserted to dashboard which will link to a new page. This page will have fields that pull information from a new table in DB.
I will create the table and the fields. I need someone to do the php programming.
If you are interested, please let me know. I cant disclose anything further till an NDA is signed.

Would be interested in the project. If you can send me a basic scope (without the confidential), approximate budget and anything else I might need to give you some preliminary ideas, that would be great.
