I need a simple room booking system for a website based on concrete5 (5.7).
The website offers 3 conference rooms which can be booked by the user.
The user should be able to choose one of the rooms and pick a date from the calendar, as well as the specific time (hours).
Each room should have its own calendar wich displays what hours are free or reserved. The form contains only a couple of fields (Name, Company/Group, amount of people, reason, date/time).

The website admins should get an email on each booking inquiry, containing the information from the form and a link to the backend, where they can decline or approve the reservation (upon approvement or decline, it should be visible to all admins what action was done by who).

It is important that the system is as simple as possible. You can also use an existing plugin and customize it to our needs.
