Site can not connect to marketplace although it says it is connected....

I have installed Concrete5 using BlueHost and when I try to connect to the marketplace, it says "You are already connected to the Concrete5 markteplace.". Where do I go from here? Thank you!

Now hover over dashboard and select 'Add-ons' or 'Themes' from the bottom of the dashboard drop-down menu and you'll see the marketplace where you can download or purchase add-ons and themes.

FYI- You have posted this to the Jobs board. This area is generally restricted for paid jobs/work.
