site is posting under maintenance

my site is posting under maintenance and I can't get around it. In fact I can't do anything on my site.
I am also getting this message:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
I would appreciate any help.

Are you using the Maintenance Editor Add-On and not the default concrete5 Maintenance Mode?
If so, I write this and we've been trying to track down what causes this bug. Could you open a support ticket for it?

I just used the Maintenance On" with concrete 5.
