Site Repair Needed

Our site, measurepress.com/measure, is down after the recent server change at Dreamhost and an attempted upgrade to Concrete 5.6.0.2. Now the error message we get returned is:

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'concrete/dispatcher.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/rgriffi_2000/measurepress.com/measure/index.php on line 2
We've been told this is a relatively minor problem, but we don't have anyone on staff who has the expertise to complete the job.

Check you have all the necessary folders and the 'dispatcher.php in the 'concrete' directory.
