Slideshow bugging?

Hi, on my homepage I wanted to put a slideshow right in the middle, under my Sitewide Site name block. On the edit view, everything looks in order, but when I preview or publish, the slideshow creates some weird interference with my site autonav which is just above it. I've tried putting something inbetween and moving things around to no avail.
