We are looking for a Concrete5 specialist to help fix a site that has been migrated but just showing a white screen.
No dashboard, index or login pages can be seen....just a white screen.

Running on a Windows Server (which is all setup), but when site files are put in place from previous host, nothing!!!

I've gone as far as my understanding has taken me, so looking to hire someone who can fix it.
