Training on Concrete5 to update an outdated website

I have inherited Concrete5 from work and need help with some training to update website. Possibly some customization or changes required if the functionality is limited. I am located in Mountain View. Some items I am trying to figure out with are SEO tags, permission setting, etc.

Version running on 5.6.2.1.
