Unable to upload images

Hello, I am having trouble uploading images. I go through the process in either way, dragging a photo or choosing it from a drop down menu, and the system gives me the percentage bar as if it is uploading the image, and then nothing, the image does not appear on in the file manager list. Could it be a problem with the web hosting server? Thank you.
Could be your PHP configuration and yes, this a part of your hosting package. I would check the 'upload_max_filesize' setting in your php configuration file. (php.ini) If you continue to get this error, feel free to shoot me a message and I can help diagnose your issue.

How big are the images you are uploading?
Big, 4 to 10 MG
Try something small to test it's working, then change the upload limit as above if all is working
