Update disaster

I have recently updated my site plants2yourdoor.com.au to the available ecommerce update. After doing so I received errors on almost everything on the site.
As advised I then restored back to the day before but alas the errors were still there.
I have since done the below:

run extreme clean
re updated ecommerce
re updated concrete 5 to 5.6.3.4
increased site storage with my hosting company (panthur)

Errors are attached. I am currently unable to add to cart, access zone based shipping or clear cache. All result in error messages.
One helpful person suggested that as I have a couple of extra check boxes in the checkout process these might need updating. Unfortunately I have reached to limits of my skills.

Please let me know if you can help. I need this site functioning!
