update problem site is down

My current site uses concrete 5.6.3.5, but now it is no longer possible to upload more files at once. Is there any solution? Can I update the site to a higher version to solve the problem? I don't know how to do that without losing all the data in my site. It is down .

You can upload multiple via FTP incoming files, or you can update to 5.7 and above
