upgrade a site

Hello, we are looking to simply upgrade our site to the newest version of C5. Currently on 5.4.2.2 and using an old version of problog. When updating on our own, encountering problems with problog and can't seem to get it to update properly so we were told to get the whole site put onto a fresh install of c5 and all add-ons.

Could you send the URL of the site?

That would help weighting the different options.
