I have a website on hostmonster.com and I'm on Concrete5 version 5.3.3.1. I was given notice by HM.com that I needed to upgrade C5 because they were going to migrate from php5.2 to php5.4. I have tried to upgrade through the cPanel > My Installs multiple times with zero success. I've read about the manual download and upload process but I am completely clueless because I have extremely limited knowledge in the field and do not know what, where or how to transfer files around. Does anybody have time to guide a newbie in the process or want to do it themselves?
