We need to upgrade to the latest version of Concrete5 from version concrete5.4.2.2. We have two non-standard modifications to our C5 config that will need to be upgraded as follows:
The first modification 'flattens' our URLs so that instead of beingwww.www.site.com/section/subsection/contact/... the URL is simplyhttp://www.site.com/contact/ . We do this whilst maintaining the normal site hierarchy of the website (i.e. multiple levels in the site map).
The second is a block that allows a visitor to sign up as a member. This block then uses the eCommerce module to process a payment, such that the standard eCommerce forms are 'filled out' behind the scenes and the user is directed to the payment gateway in one step. (i.e. the fill out a one page form and the next page they see is Paypal to make a payment).
We also are wanting to develop a relationship with a Concrete5 Developer where we can get ongoing advice and support on the technical side of our website. Ideally a relationship where we can rely on Concrete5 Developer for prompt support when we run into technical/hosting issues, to provide macro-level advice and technical/code support when it is beyond our in-house skills.

We have a test site that you can have access to, which is identical to our live site. We don't need you to do the actual upgrade, we want you to provide the updated code and a process so that our in-house team can do the upgrade to the live site. Our in-house team has done a number of upgrades so we are familiar with the process and don't need beginners level documentation.
